Integrative Bodywork & Massage
Services and Rates

My clients range in age from 10 to 93.

The following modalities can be used alone or combined in an integrative session to meet specific needs.

Kripalu Bodywork/Massage: Kripalu massage & bodywork is grounded in compassion, deep awareness, as well as respect for the inherent intelligence of the body and its capacity for self-healing.

CranioSacral Therapy (CST): A gentle, profound hands-on approach, CST releases tensions in the soft tissues that surround the brain & spinal cord, improves the overall functioning of the Central Nervous System, and by extension, the overall functioning of the entire body. CST is increasingly used for its ability to relieve pain and dysfunction, improve whole-body health and performance, and bolster resistance to disease. It is effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction.  http://www.cstalliance.com/CST.html

Clinical Acupressure: Often called "acupuncture without needles,"  acupressure uses the fingers to gently access the energy pathways in the body discovered by the Chinese over 5000 years ago. It helps with a wide range of conditions  such as digestive issues, neck pain, endocrine imbalance, anxiety, headaches, stress. http://www.soullightening.com/acupressure-research/

Zero Balancing: ZB could be thought of as acupressure into the bones and ligaments. It helps to clear blocks in the body’s energy flow, amplify vitality and contribute to better postural alignment. It can help relieve body aches and pain, release restrictions in movement, provide lasting relief from emotional distress, and leave you with a wonderful feeling of inner harmony and organization. http://www.zerobalancing.com/about/

Sound Code Therapy (SCT): On the physical level, SCT addresses spinal alignment, starting with the top vertebra called the Atlas. Aligning and stabilizing the Atlas will initiate a profound unwinding of old patterns throughout the entire being, and can bring relief for old issues and pains.

After some weeks of integrating these changes, many clients request and benefit from further sessions to deepen the effects of the healing, including receiving specific sound codes to stabilize the important areas of the solar plexus and coccyx, and to enhance the functioning of the organs and glands. http://daotha.org/
